It might not have quite as many tourist attractions as Sydney... but it does have "heaps" of lovely parks, huge sporting arenas, and great restaurants! Here we met up with Melinda again and had several great nights out together with her brother Stuart and his wife Sally. We also met up with Kim and Chris from Tennant Creek on their way back to the states. Maybe we should remember to take the camera out at night?!?
Tasmania: From forests to beaches to farm land to historic sites of convict history... Tasmania is a fascinating place to visit. We were able to visit two National Parks, several wineries, Port Arthur historic site and a brewery, but we never did get to see a Tasmanian Devil. Maybe next time?
