Torres del Paine (the towers):  We had incredible weather during our visit to Torres de Paine which made views of the towers spectacular.

Torres del Paine (day hikes):  Two major hikes; The first on a section of the backpackers circuit called "the W" from Refugio Pehoe to Camp Italiano, then up into the Valle Frances.  Although we didn't make it to the top (weather and time prevented us from going further), we had a great time!  The second hike we stayed near our cabins at the south end of the park.  Great views, different scenery/terrain, and a new friend (the dog) made our 2nd hike a ton of fun too.   

Torres de Paine (cabanas del paine):  We stayed at the south end of the park in a hosteria called Cabanas del Paine.  We had great views and great company.  We met a really nice family from Argentina, Margarita, Guillermo, and Marko.  We ate dinner with them both nights during their stay.  Karen also enjoyed playing with a new litter of puppies staying at the cabins.
