You'd think we'd had enough ice in Antarctica... but putting on the "cramp-ons" and actually walking on the glacier was a whole different experience. Plus.. the weather was awesome. Puerto Natales: We stayed in Puerto Natales, Chile one night before heading to Torres de Paine and one night after. It was mainly a place to get errands done... but we snapped a couple pictures below of our hostal (Karen's mom's name is Mary so we thought this was a good place to stay) and of some old picturesque boats by the pier. |
